Our online store offers a smooth return policy for our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service. They will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to send back the item.

Please note that returned items must be in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange for items that are not in sellable condition.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process the refund or exchange and notify you via email. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be completed.
